Carrie Underwood is mourning the loss of her four legged friend. Ace passed away last night, the same night Carrie was in Las Vegas for the Grammy awards where she performed and took home the award for Best Roots Gospel Album.

Mirand Lambert surprised fans when she made an appearance at her bar, Casa Rosa, on lower Broadway in Nashville, last night. She appeared on the rooftop stage to perform, Drunk (And I Don’t Wann Go Home). Miranda was nominated for two Grammy awards but skipped the show because she is too busy this month getting ready to release her new album, Palomino, on April 29. She is also preparing for The Bandwagon Tour, with Little Big Town.


Eric Church announced last Friday that he will be doing a free show for the fans that bought tickets to his San Antonio show that was canceled Saturday night, so Eric could attend the UNC/Duke game in New Orleans. He will return to Texas on September 2nd for what he is calling a “one of a kind free show”.  UNC defeated Duke and will face Kansas tonight for the National Championship.
