It took two years but Chris Stapleton was finally able to headline his benefit show, Concert for Kentucky, over the weekend. It was the first concert held at Kroger Field, home of the Kentucky Wildcats. The proceeds from the show go to Chris and Morgane Stapleton’s Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund, which supports local and national organizations. The sold out concert raised over $1 million.


Maddie & Tae have rescheduled their All Song No Static tour. It was originally scheduled for earlier this year but had to be postponed when Taylor Kerr, who was pregnant at the time, had to be hospitalized, where she stayed for the remainder of her pregnancy. Maddie & Tae will begin the tour in September and it will include a stop in Bloomington, in October.
