Dan + Shay have explained why they have a plus sign between their names instead of an ampersand or the word and. They had a vision when they started. They said if they were ever headlining arenas they wanted a plus sign stage in the middle of the arena that would do crazy things. Fast forward to 2021, that dream has become a reality.

Brett Eldredge is releasing a new holiday album titled Mr. Christmas. He released the title track earlier today and the album will be available on October 22. Brett also shared details of his Glow Live Christmas tour. It will begin on November 13 and wraps up December 18 in Chicago.

Luke Combs, Kelsea Ballerini, Chris Stapleton, Gabby Barrett and Kane Brown are the CMT Artists of the Year for 2021. CMT believes they are the five artists who have dominated country music this year. They will all be honored at a ceremony on October 13 that will air live on CMT.
