URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) — High school students in Urbana have a chance to get a hands-on introduction to careers in beauty this summer. Tricoci University of Beauty Culture will host its NextGen Beauty Camp from June 7 to 9 at the Urbana campus.

Over three days, students will learn hair, skincare, makeup, and nail techniques from professional instructors. The program ends with a live student showcase, giving participants the opportunity to display what they’ve learned.

With Gen Z increasingly exploring trade schools as an alternative to four-year degrees, Tricoci University offers teens a career-focused head start. The university boasts standout graduation, licensure, and job placement rates, showing that the program is more than just a summer camp—it’s a stepping stone to a professional career in the beauty industry.

Students or parents interested in attending can contact Tricoci University directly for registration or more information.
