URBANA, IL (Chambana Today) — Residents of Ward 2 are invited to attend a listening session aimed at giving the community a platform to voice concerns and ask questions directly to local leaders. The event will take place on Thursday, May 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center, located at 202 S. Broadway Avenue, in the building formerly used as the downtown post office.

Organizers say the session is designed to ensure every voice in Ward 2 is heard. Participants can share issues affecting their neighborhoods, pose questions to officials, and engage in a constructive dialogue about community priorities.

Attendees can expect an informal environment where community engagement and active listening are prioritized.
