University of Illinois Homecoming weekend full of activities

CHAMPAIGN-URBANA (Chambana Today) – University of Illinois Homecoming 2024 began with the annual Alumni Center Fountain dyeing last weekend.

The annual Homecoming Parade steps off Friday, September 13 at 5:30 p.m. The parade will start at the intersection of Kirby Ave. and Fourth St. before heading west on Gregory Dr. and turning south on First St. After the parade, show your celebrate in Lot 31 for food, treats and live entertainment.

Cheer on Illinois Football on Saturday, September 14 as they take on the Central Michigan Chippewas at 11 a.m.

Saturday Night Live: Homecoming Edition – After the football game, at 3:30 p.m., meet in downtown Champaign for a special celebration featuring bands, performers, activities, Block Is designed by local artists and restaurant specials.
