Twilight returns to the big screen at Virginia Theatre

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) – Moviegoers and vampire fans alike are invited to relive the beginning of The Twilight Saga during two special screenings of the 2008 film Twilight at the Virginia Theatre on Saturday, September 27.

The film will be shown at 2 p.m. and again at 7 p.m., with general admission tickets priced at $7. Doors open 45 minutes before each screening. The event is sponsored by Mix 94.5 and Rewind 92.5.

As part of the day’s activities, a community blood drive will take place outside the theatre between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., hosted by ImpactLife. Donors who credit their donation to the Virginia Theatre drive will receive a free ticket to the screening.

Blood donations can be made during the mobile drive or in advance at the ImpactLife Donor Center, as long as they’re credited to the event.

Twilight, rated PG-13, follows the story of Bella Swan, a high school student who falls in love with a mysterious classmate—only to learn he is a vampire.
