CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — Families across Champaign-Urbana are invited to visit Elmo and friends when Sesame Street Live! Elmo’s Got the Moves comes to the historic Virginia Theatre on Saturday, March 28, 2 p.m.

The live stage production, inspired by the beloved children’s television series Sesame Street, promises laughter, learning and high-energy fun for young audiences. Children and their caregivers can move and dance along with favorite characters including Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Cookie Monster.

The interactive show features fan-favorite songs such as “Sunny Days,” along with upbeat numbers like “Elmo’s Got the Moves” and “Letter of the Day.” Organizers say the performance encourages families to get active together, incorporating playful movement from yoga poses and jumping rope to cartwheels and silly dance breaks.
