Fighting Illini Women’s Basketball announces 2025–26 TV schedule with 10 games on national networks

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — The Big Ten Conference has released the television and streaming lineup for the 2025–26 Fighting Illini women’s basketball season, giving fans multiple chances to watch the Orange and Blue on national television.

Illinois will have 10 regular-season games aired across Big Ten Network (BTN), FS1, and Peacock, beginning with their conference opener against Indiana on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 11 a.m. CT on BTN.

Additional home games on BTN include a New Year’s Day clash with Maryland (Jan. 1, 3 p.m.) and a mid-February matchup with Rutgers (Feb. 17, 6 p.m.). Five road games will also appear on BTN: Purdue (Dec. 28), Michigan State (Jan. 4), Penn State (Jan. 11), Nebraska (Jan. 24), and Iowa (Feb. 26).

The Illini’s road trip to Michigan on Jan. 15 will stream exclusively on Peacock, while their Feb. 1 non-conference game at Washington will be shown on FS1 at 5 p.m..

All other home and Big Ten road games will be available for streaming on Big Ten Plus, the conference’s digital platform. Game times for those non-televised matchups are expected to be released soon.

The Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament, scheduled for March 4–8, will once again be broadcast live on Big Ten Network.
