CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — Carle Health is partnering with the VA Illiana Health Care System to bring expanded clinical services to local veterans with the opening of a new Champaign VA Clinic.

The clinic will be located at 1702 S. Mattis Ave., Suite 101, in Champaign, within a growing medical corridor that will also include the future Champaign Endoscopy Center and the Carle Neuroscience Institute Sleep Medicine facility.

Once open, the Champaign VA Clinic will join the VA Illiana network of clinics serving veterans in Bloomington, Danville, Decatur, Mattoon, Peoria and Springfield. The facility will provide comprehensive primary care services tailored to veterans’ health needs.

“We often engage community partners to expand access to resources needed by our patients and the wider population we serve,” said Caleb Miller, senior vice president of Carle Specialty and Ambulatory Care at Carle Health. “The VA is uniquely qualified to provide clinical care for veterans, and we’re proud to support their efforts to address the health and wellbeing of those they serve.”

Renovations are currently underway, with the clinic expected to open in the summer of 2026.
