CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — The Champaign City Council will hold a study session Tuesday, Jan. 13, beginning at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 102 N. Neil St.

The agenda includes approval of minutes from the Dec. 16, 2025, regular City Council meeting and post-council study session, along with a presentation and discussion on a housing needs analysis and strategy update (SS 2026-001). Time will also be allotted for audience participation, followed by council and City Manager comments before adjournment.
