Troopers from the Illinois State Police swarmed a Chicago expressway to target people texting while driving. They ended up giving out 135 tickets for distracted driving. But one man was let off with a warning: he wasn’t texting while driving, but rather shaving. A state police spokesman said, “At least it was an electric shaver and not a bowl of water and shaving cream.”

Justin Baker of Boynton Beach, Florida, has been arrested four times this year for selling drugs to undercover police officers. The best part: all four times that he has been arrested, it has been by the same undercover officer.
