In Florida, a fight over where a man parked to go fishing. The altercation began with an exchange of words, then became physical, before the victim was stabbed once in the back and again in the right side with an ice pick. David Christner, age 58, is accused of the stabbing and is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Florida deputies say they tracked down a man who broke into and burglarized a house after he left his cellphone on the kitchen counter. But the story gets better. An investigator who responded to the scene picked up the phone when it started ringing and the word “Mom” appeared on the incoming caller screen. He asked the woman on the other end who the phone belonged to, and she said her son, Derek Codd.

A Massachusetts man is arguing that it’s his right as a citizen to take all the upskirt shots he wants while riding public transportation. Michael Robertson has decided to make a federal case of his perviness. He claims that the First Amendment protects his right to snap obscene pics. He’s even got a lady lawyer representing him.

… You think that’s weird, I once knew a guy whose hobby was to wear a kilt in public and take upskirt photos of himself.
