Nathan Baron of Maine was sitting in a chair in the woods on Saturday, hunting. After a while he ate his lunch. Then nature called. Luckily, Nathan was hunting right across the road from his family’s home. He walked out of the woods, got on his four-wheeler and zipped home. Another thing he did: He leaned his rifle against the tree, next to the chair he had been sitting in. And when he got back, he couldn’t find the gun. So he began looking around in the woods. There was a stream that was running about 100 feet away from him. When he looked he spotted a beaver hauling his rifle into the water. Nathan said he really didn’t know what to do at that point. He was mad, but he started laughing because it was funny. Nathan says the beaver and the gun went under and that was it.
