An Australian man was mowing long grass when he ran over something solid. He kicked away the brown lump but later ran over it again. It wasn’t until he picked it up that he discovered what it was. The man put it down and went to the house to call the police. Police cordoned off the property and called a bomb disposal unit. It was a World War II grenade.

A man on the run from authorities in Japan was found curled up in an unusual location. After receiving a tip that he might be in his girlfriend’s apartment, police searched high and low. Eventually they found him hiding inside the shell of an old-school floor model television. The girlfriend was also arrested since cops had to unscrew the back of the TV case to get to him.

A man in a Spider-Man suit spent several hours on a rooftop balcony atop a courthouse in Brazil, protesting a divorce case. Police initially said they planned to ignore the man until he came down. But as darkness approached they decided to entice him down with a face-to-face meeting with the judge in his case.
