New York police say 21-year-old Joel Donaldson allegedly punched a woman Tuesday afternoon and tried to run off with her cellphone. An officer was able to tackle Donaldson when his sagging pants fell all the way down to his ankles and stopped him from running.
A woman in Florida (Boynton Beach) was pulled over for allegedly not wearing her seat belt. After the officer went to fill in the citation details, he returned to the woman’s car to find her on the phone. About then, the dispatcher called him on the radio: the driver, he learned, called 911 to complain about the officer writing her tickets. Once she looked up the officer looked at her and asked if she dialed 911. When she confirmed that she called to complain about the ticket he arrested her and charged her with a misdemeanor count of misusing 911.
A woman took her 7-year-old daughter into an outhouse in Oklahoma (White Water Park). According to police reports, the woman saw something move. As she looked closer, she noticed that there was a man looking up at her from the outhouse waste pit. She called the police and they pulled out Kenneth Enlow. Officers called in the fire department to hose him down, and then they arrested him. Enlow allegedly told deputies that his girlfriend had hit him on the head with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet. The facts didn’t match his story, though, and he was charged under Oklahoma’s peeping Tom statute.
