A Golden Corral employee in Florida claims this meat was hidden behind the dumpster.
Golden Corral says the meat was “destroyed” and the manager of the restaurant was terminated.
The claim, though, is the food was being “hidden” for an upcoming health inspection; when the inspector was to leave, the food would come back in to be served.
How did the restaurant know the inspector was coming? Shouldn’t the inspections be secret and random?
