Join the Urbana and Champaign Park Districts and celebrate with fun carnival games, trick-or-treating and a haunted house designed especially for young children (6+) Everyone in line by 8pm will be led through the haunted house.

Take I-74 to Oakwood Exit. Head North 1 mile to Glenburn Creek Rd. This is the back road to Kickapoo State Park. Turn right and go 1/8 mile. Haunted Woods in on the right. Follow parking signs.
Annual Trick or Treat with Chemistry at the Orpheum
"Trick or Treat with Chemistry" day at the Orpheum Children's Science Museum will feature many hands-on science experiments for children to explore, along with creepy insects, lizards, and snakes to touch. Jesse Miller will perfrom a live show during the day featuring explosions, fire, smoke, magic tricks and other fun chemistry demonstrations. Light refreshments will be available and "indoor" trick-or-treating with lots of candy and goodies will take place all day. Families are encouraged to come with children IN COSTUME.
