Tim McGraw Will Perform For Troops and Their Families

Tim McGraw will head to Jacksonville, FL on November 10th to perform for military members and their families to celebrate Veteran’s Day.  The show will be broadcast on Tim’s website and on his YouTube channel.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is preparing for their 3rd annual No Shave November.  Artists like Thompson Square‘s Keifer Thompson, Randy Houser and Craig Campbell have all agreed to put away their razors for the month to raise money for St. Jude.  Keifer has been named the events Chairman of the Beard for 2013.

Sugarland‘s Kristian Bush will release his first official solo single, in the U.S. tomorrow. You’ll find Love or Money on iTunes.

George Strait begins his final tour in January and no surprise, tickets are going fast.  His show at the Staples Center sold out in nine minutes. Shows in Atlanta, Phoenix, San Diego and Denver also sold out immediately.   If you want to see George in Chicago, you’ll want to be ready to go Friday morning at 10:00 that’s when tickets go on sale for the March 8th show.  We still have tickets to give away with Holstein and Company and during WIXY’s Country Cafe at noon.
