The Voice Finale Starts Tonight

The Voice is about to crown a new winner.  The two night finale begins tonight.  Team Adam’s Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin along with Team Christina’s Jacquie Lee make up the top 3.  After seeing his team win 3 seasons in a row, Blake Shelton will just have to sit back and watch this time around.

On Friday, her 24th birthday, Taylor Swift donated $100,000 to the Nashville Symphony.  They have had a rough year and Taylor wanted to help out.  She was the recipient of their Harmony Award in 2011.

Despite reports that he had passed, Country Music Hall of Famer Ray Price is alive.  His wife told Rolling Stone their son made a mistake and posted the story on Facebook too soon.  Price’s family has confirmed that he is battling pancreatic cancer and is not doing well at this time.

Martina McBride will release, Everlasting, an album of cover songs.  Her last album of cover songs was released in 2005 and was her fastest selling album.  Martina will perform her Christmas show, Friday night at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
