The American Music Awards were handed out last night in LA. It was a big night for Taylor Swift, who took home a total of 4 including Artist of the Year.  Luke Bryan was named Favorite Male Country Artist and Lady Antebellum won Favorite Country Band Duo or Group. Florida Georgia Line‘s duet with Nelly, Cruise, won Single of the Year.

Three of Willie Nelson‘s band members were hospitalized on Saturday morning after a tour bus accident outside of Dallas, TX.  The bus hit a bridge pillar just after 3:30am.  Stormy, icy conditions were believed to have caused the crash.  Willie was not on the bus at the time.  Everyone is expected to make a full recovery but Willie has postponed his remaining shows in November.

Miranda Lambert is heading back to The Voice in season 6 but this time it’s not with Blake Shelton like in season 2. US Weekly is reporting that Miranda has agreed to mentor Team Shakira.
