New Kenny Chesney Video Premieres Today

Teen Choice Award nominees have been announced and several country artists have been nominated.  Taylor Swift is up for 7 awards, Florida Georgia Line, 2 and other nominees include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Hunter Hayes and The Band Perry.  Voting is underway at Teenchoiceawards.com and the awards will be handed out August 11th on Fox.

Great American Country is running a campaign right now called #DearAmerica and they’re asking their viewers to share photos, through Twitter or Instagram of what they love most about America. A new song from Dierks Bentley called, I Hold On, will serve as the theme song for the campaign and it will be available on his upcoming album,  Riser.

Emmy Nominees were announced this morning. The Netflix series, House of Cards is making history as the first online program being recognized by the Emmys and it received 9 nominations.  American Horror Story: Asylum received the most noms with 17 and Game of Thrones was close behind with 16 nods.  The Emmys will air September 22 on CBS.
