More Award Nominations For Luke Bryan

Billboard Music Award nominees were announced earlier today.  Luke Bryan leads the country nominees with 7 nominations in 6 categories.  Crash My Party and That’s My Kind of Night, are both nominated for Top Country Song.  Florida Georgia Line is right behind Luke with 4 nominations.  The Billboard Music Awards air live from Las Vegas, May 18th on ABC.

Dan + Shay‘s Dan Smyers was injured in a car accident yesterday in Nashville.  He spent several hours at the ER for treatment on his wrist.  The duo is expected to join Hunter Hayes in Memphis tomorrow night on the We’re Not Invisible Tour.

In much happier Dan + Shay news, their debut album, Where It All Began, debuts at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

Craig Morgan is preparing to head overseas for his 11th tour to entertain the troops.  As a former soldier, Craig loves to be able to support the troops in this way.  He will head to Southwest Asia this spring.

Craig Campbell played wedding singer over the weekend in Las Vegas. He met a couple on his flight Friday that asked him to perform at their Vegas wedding on Saturday.  He had some free time so he did it.

Eric Church has announced his next big tour.  The Outsiders World Tour will begin on September 11 and will stop in 31 cities through December 13.  Dwight Yoakam will be joining him.
