Kix Brooks Adds Actor/Producer To List Of Accomplishments

Kix Brooks can now add lead actor and producer to his resume.  He recently got the lead role in a new western film called Ambush at Dark Canyon.  You can watch it now on demand it will be released on DVD early next year.  Randy Houser makes his acting debut in the film.  Kix has also helped produce a holiday film called A Country Christmas that is available on DVD and includes appearances by Trace Adkins and Rascal Flatts‘ Jay DeMarcus.

Carrie Underwood’s life story will be told in a comic book.  Fame: Carrie Underwood is available today.  She’s not the first country artist to have her story told this way.  Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw have their own comic books and soon Brad Paisley will too.

Eric Church is planning a club tour across Europe early next year.  It will begin in Ireland in February and run through mid- March.

If you’re up late tonight, you can Gary Allan perform a new single on The Tonight Show (NBC).  Thomas Rhett will be performing, It Goes Like This, on Jimmy Fallon (NBC).
