Kenny Chesney Files A Lawsuit

Kenny Chesney has filed a copyright lawsuit against T&M Enterprises.  The company has been using his trademarked logo, a guitar leaning against a palm tree, to sell merchandise.  Kenny contacted the company last year and asked them to stop using the logo.  They continued to use it so now they are heading to court.

The 56th Annual Grammy Awards air Sunday night.  Country performers include Keith Urban, Hunter Hayes, Blake Shelton and Taylor Swift.  Taylor is also nominated for Top Album.

Before he kicks off his True Believers tour at the State Farm Center Wednesday ngiht, Darius Rucker will visit with Jay Leno.  Darius will perform a new song on the Tonight Show, tonight at 10:35 on NBC.
