Hunter Hayes Will Attempt To Break A Guiness Record

Hunter Hayes will attempt to break the Guinness World Records record for most concerts played in multiple cities in a 24 hour period.  The Hunter Hayes 24 Hour Road Race To End Hunger will begin Friday, May 9 on Good Morning America.  The current record is 8 shows in 8 cities held by the Flaming Lips.

Toby Keith will have a very special opening act for his Shut Up and Hold On tour.  His daughter, Krystal Keith, will join him.  She released her debut album, Whiskey and Lace, last year.  The tour will begin May 30 in California.

Trace Adkins returned to the stage for the first time since his stay in a rehab facility and the death of his father.  He surprised fans when he joined Exile on the Grand Ole Opry stage Tuesday night.  Trace is set to resume his own performing schedule in June.

Josh Thompson was at the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday night as well and tweeted a picture of himself with Trace.  If youlook at the picture you’ll notice something different about Josh. Something is missing.  Josh agreed to let People Country cut off his ponytail to celebrate the April 1 release of his second album, Turn It Up.
