Gary Allan Undergoes Surgery

Gary Allan underwent surgery on his knee earlier this week.  According to a message posted on his Facebook page, Gary is doing great and will not be canceling any shows.  He’ll be back onstage tonight in Mississippi, wearing a knee brace.  Gary will co-headline the Free and Easy tour with Sheryl Crow this fall.

Garth Brooks is a grandpa.  His daughter, August, gave birth to a baby girl, Karalynn, on Tuesday.

Justin Moore has announced his second headlining tour.  He will kick off the Off The Beaten Path tour with Randy Houser and Josh Thompson November 1st.  They’ll be stopping in Chicago on November 30th.  A complete list of dates will be announced soon.

Last weekend, Taylor Swift, dined at a Philadelphia restaurant with friends.  When she paid the $800 bill, she added a $500 tip. The country superstar who recently landed at #3 on Forbes list of top earning celebrities under 30, also posed for pictures at the restaurant and gave the chef a pair of tickets to her show.

Toby Keith recorded a song with Jimmy Buffett called Too Drunk to Karaoke.  The song will appear on Buffett’s new album, Songs From St. Somewhere, available August 20th.
