Garth’s Ireland Shows Canceled
Garth’s Ireland Shows Canceled

All five of Garth Brooks comeback shows in Ireland have officially been canceled.  Aikens Promotions, the company organizing the show, made the announcement on their website today.

“It is with great regret that Aiken Promotions today announce that the five concert Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event at Croke Park has been cancelled. No concerts will take place.”

The Dublin City Council threatened to cancel two of the five sold out shows after protests from residents.  There is an ordinance that only allows three concerts a year at Croke Park.  Garth said if he couldn’t play all 5 shows, he wouldn’t do any.

400,000 fans purchased tickets for the Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event.

Shkreli has bragged that he had no plans to listen to the album, but bought it to "keep it from the people."
