Garth Brooks To Tour In 2014!

Garth Brooks made a big announcement on Good Morning America this morning.  He will play a couple of shows with his band in Las Vegas January 3rd and 4th which we heard about last week but Garth told Robin Roberts that he will be heading back out on the road next year for a World Tour.  In other Garth news, his box set, Blame It All On My Roots: Five Decades of Influences, has debuted at number 1 on the country albums chart.

Congratulations to Lee Brice and his wife, Sara, they welcomed their second child, a baby boy last Wednesday.  Lee made the announcement on Twitter over the weekend.  Ryker Mobley Brice, weighed 8lbs 4oz and was 20 1/2 inches long.  He joins big brother, Takoda, who is 4.

The American Country Awards air tomorrow night on Fox.  Justin Moore, Randy Houser and Thomas Rhett have been added to the list of performers.  Trace Adkins and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick will host the show.

Shania Twain is having so much fun in Vegas she wants to stay longer.  Her residency at Caesars Palace started a year ago and was expected to end in next December but she is ready to extend her contract through 2015.
