Garth Adds Another Chicago Show

Garth Brooks announced yesterday that he is adding an 11th show in Chicago.  The show has been scheduled for Friday, September 5th at 10:30pm at the Allstate Arena.  Tickets go on sale Saturday morning at 10.

Garth Brooks isn’t the only one making a comeback this year.  His wife, Trisha Yearwood, is opening shows on his World Tour (keep listening to WIXY to win tickets!) and she’s working on a new album.  Trisha will release her first album in 7 years, PrizeFighter, this fall.

It won’t be long before Tim McGraw is enjoying the junk food!  Tim is quite the health nut but says during football season, anything goes.  Some of the favorite football snacks in the McGraw/Hill house are Doritos and cheese dip and Frito pies (Fritos, chili and cheese).  Enjoying all that junk on the weekend means that Tim has to do an extra workout during the week.

You’ve seen the ice bucket challenge to raise money for ALS research.  Check out this one from Brett Eldredge.  It’s pretty entertaining.
