A 22 year old Chicago man was arrested after he tried to swim up to Taylor Swift‘s new Rhode Island home.  This happened around 2:00 Wednesday morning.  The man was discovered by Taylor’s security and taken into custody and charged with trespassing after admitting his plan to the police.

Chris Young kicked off the Beat This Summer tour with Brad Paisley, Lee Brice and The Henningsens last week.  Before he went on the road, there was one movie Chris needed to see,  Iron Man 3.  Chris tweeted after Saturday’s show in Indy that Brad had rented out a theater so they could all watch it.  Good thing he loved it. He’s now seen it twice.

Kellie Pickler advanced to the Dancing with the Stars finals earlier this week and is working on taking home that mirror ball trophy.  Tonight, Kellie’s good friend, Kree Harrison, is hoping to be crowned the new American Idol.  Candice Glover is hoping the third time’s the charm.  She auditioned for season 9 of Idol and was told, by Simon Cowell, that she’d never be more than a lounge singer.  She didn’t give up! In season 11 Candice made it to the top 40 in Vegas before being cut.  The two hour finale begins at 7:00 on Fox.

According to Ryan Seacrest, there are a lot of surprises planned for tonight’s two hour finale.  I do know that The Band Perry will be there to perform with top 5 finalist, Janelle Arthur.  Rumor has it, Keith Urban, will be performing his new single, Little Bit of Everything.
