Extra is reporting that Brad Paisley will be making a cameo appearance in Nashville, season 1 finale, May 22 on ABC. Brad recently said that he wasn’t interested in being part of the show but that’s mainly because his wife, Kimberly Williams Paisley, plays someones mistress on the show and it’s a little disturbing for him. Brad will be performing with characters, Rayna James and Deacon Claybourne.

Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift are on Elle magazines 12 Women of Music list that will be seen in the May issue.  The ladies will talk about their music and what inspires them.

Keith Urban and Vince Gill hosted the All For the Hall benefit concert on April 16th and raised close to $650,000.  In four years, the event has raised over $2 million for the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Gretchen Wilson will co-host The View tomorrow with Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd and Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

According to Billy Ray Cyrus, he and Randy Travis have filmed a pilot for a new tv series called Still the King.  So far the show has not been picked up by any of the networks.

According to a story in the Hollywood Reporter is reporting that American Idol producers considered firing Mariah Carey and bringing back Jennifer Lopez midseason due to poor ratings.  Fox is denying these rumors.
