Brad Paisley Files Lawsuit Against Record Label

Brad Paisley has filed a lawsuit against his record label, Sony Music Nashville.  In court documents filed March 31, Brad claims his label has “failed to live up to their agreements and other obligations” and they owe him over $10 million in back royalties.

Brantley Gilbert will perform a pre-race concert at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 25 before the Coca Cola 600.  Congratulations to Brantley who has the #1 country song this week, Bottoms Up.

The Today show has announced the lineup for their Summer Concert Series and this year it includes Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts.  Tim will hit the stage in Rockefeller Plaza on May 23rd.  Rascal Flatts on May 30th.

Alan Jackson and Seth MacFarlane have recorded the title track for the new movie, A Million Ways to Die In the West.  The upcoming comedy will star Seth MacFarlane, Liam Neeson, Neil Patrick Harris and Charlize Theron.  You can hear the song here. The movie will be released May 30th.
