Big Day For Hunter Hayes
Big Day For Hunter Hayes

Hunter Hayes is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the most concerts in multiple cities during a 24 hour period.  The record is currently held by The Flaming Lips. The band set the current record back in 2012 and Hunter actually opened for them on one of their stops.  The Hunter Hayes 24 Hour Road Race to End Child Hunger began this morning with a performance on Good Morning America.  The final show is tomorrow at 5am in Philadelphia.

Throughout his trip, a representative from Guinness World Records will be watching the clock to make sure each show is at least 15 mins long and making sure the tour bus isn’t breaking any speed limits or other rules.

Hunter released his second album, Storyline, on Tuesday.  One of his stops in the next 24 hours will be The Tonight Show with David Letterman, airing tonight at 10:35 on CBS. Hunter is teaming up with ConAgra Foods for this event to raise money to end child hunger.
