Artists donate memorabilia for Sandy Hook benefit

Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift are among artists who have donated music memorabilia to an auction that will benefit those affected by the Sandy Hook School shootings last December. The Music For Newtown online auction begins March 25 at musicfornewtown.org.

There were rumors last week that Carrie Underwood would become a judge on the X Factor. Simon Cowell says he would love to have her on his show but it’s not happening. Carrie has said many times that she just isn’t comfortable judging people.

There were more great performances last night on American Idol. Somebody will go home tonight. Bon Jovi and American Idol, Phillip Phillips, will perform tonight beginning at 7 on FOX.

Miranda Lambert and the Pistol Annies will release their new album, Annie Up, on May 7.
