Blake Shelton headlined the Healing in the Heartland benefit concert last night in Oklahoma City.  His wife, Miranda Lambert, got  so emotional during her performance of The House That Built Me, she let the crowd take over. Blake wrapped up the show by performing a duet with his fellow coach from The Voice, Usher.

Tim McGraw will perform at the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular this year.  The special will air on NBC beginning at 7pm.

Carrie Underwood wrapped up her Blown Away tour last week.  At the tours conclusion Carrie made a $1million donation to the Red Cross to help her home state of Oklahoma.  She had been raising money for the Red Cross since the beginning of her tour. thanks her fans for making the donation possible

Love & Theft‘s Stephen Barker Liles is engaged.  He proposed to his long time girlfriend, Jenna Michelle Kennedy,  on a Fort Meyers beach Tuesday night.  The couple plans on marrying next May.  Love & Theft is currently on the road with Tim McGraw.

Thompson Square has been forced to cancel some shows this weekend.  Keifer posted on the duo’s website that he has been battling a serious vocal condition and doctor’s have urged them to take some time off for vocal rest.
