Fans want to name state fair cow sculpture ‘LeButter James’

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — It’s a way of buttering up LeBron James. The NBA star is returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers and some of the ecstatic fans want to honor James — in butter.

The American Dairy Association Mideast is running a contest for the most creative name for the butter cow and calf sculpture at the Ohio State Fair.

One suggestion, call the butter cow “LeButter James.”

The butter cow sculpture is an annual tradition at the state fair, which runs July 23 to Aug. 3.
